Join the George Washington Teacher Institute and Lead Scholar Dr. Lorri Glover (Saint Louis University) this fall for George Washington and the Founding of the U.S. Government, a 4-day, immersive professional development experience focused on the controversies, challenges, and opportunities of creating a nation and inventing the presidency in the context of the 18th century. All educators who are currently teaching in a formal K-12 environment are eligible to apply. Full scholarships, including a transportation stipend, are available for all attendees.
