Join Mount Vernon’s Education team and George Washington’s close friend and physician, Dr. James Craik, for a live virtual presentation of one of our country’s greatest leaders. With this free program, students will examine important leadership skills Washington implemented during the Revolutionary War and his Presidency, discuss the legacy of that leadership, and reflect on how those skills can be utilized in our lives today. The presentation will be offered on February 18, at 11am ET and 1pm ET, and on February 22, at 11am ET and 1pm ET. All grades are welcome, but the February 22 sessions are suitable for upper elementary grades. Go here to learn more and register.
